Elite Home Health & Hospice has been a healthcare partner in Idaho since 1984. Our organization has changed names and owners since that time, but the core focus of providing life-changing services has been at the heart of our purpose, our mission, and our service.
We are a locally operated organization supported by staff who lives in the communities we serve. Under the leadership of Elite Home Health & Hospice, services have expanded beyond Clarkston and Lewiston to support the communities of Moscow in 2016 and Orofino in 2019, and Coeur d’Alene in 2024.
